  • 1 - Cup of Lichia (Lychee)
  • 1 - Manga (Mango)
  • 2 - Ameixas (Plums)
  • 3 - Leaves of Couve (Collard Greens)

*Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute

*Yields about 5.5 cups
