Capsule products (ThermoLean, SheVolve, and bundles)

US orders containing ThermoLean capsules, SheVolve capsules, or capsule bundles: $6.99 standard shipping per order under $80. Free standard US shipping on orders $80 or more.

Protein products

US orders containing protein products: $6.99 standard shipping per order under $80. Free standard US shipping on orders $80 or more.

Mixed carts

US orders containing both capsule and protein products have one standard shipping charge: $6.99 per order under $80, or free standard shipping on orders $80 or more.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Canadian orders have carrier-calculated shipping charges at checkout, regardless of order value. The $80 free standard shipping offer applies to US orders only.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive your return, we will refund your order excluding original shipping costs.
