The Basic Smoothie


The Basic Smoothie

  • 7 Ice cubes
  • 1 Cup of water
  • 1 Medium or Large Banana
  • 2 cups of watermelon
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 Cup of Pineapple
  • 1 Cup of Kale

*Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute

*Yields about 4 cups or 1 quart

Pour into a tall glass or a To-Go bottle and ENJOY!!!

Try to drink daily or as much as possible.
