  • 2 Cups of Almond Milk
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Grapes
  • 1 Big Chard Leaf

*Less than 117 calories per cup

*Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute

*Yields about 4 cups or 1 quart

Pour into a tall glass or a To-Go bottle and ENJOY!!!
