The Shape-Up

  • 2 Cup of water
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup of Watermelon
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Blueberriesr
  • 1 Cup of Spinach
  • 1 Cup of Red or Green Kale

*No ice needed because we are using frozen fruit

*Less than 55 calories per cup

*Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute

*Yields about 5 cups or 1 quart

Pour into a tall glass or a To-Go bottle and ENJOY!!!

Try to drink daily or as much as possible.
