"At the Copacabana" Smoothie

  • 1 - Cup of Leite de Soja (Soy Milk)
  • 2 - Cups of Melancia (Watermelon)
  • 2 - Bananas
  • 1 - Atemóia
  • 3 - Leaves of Couve (Collard Greens)

*Less than 120 calories per cup

*Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute

*Yields about 3 cups

Pour into a tall glass or a To-Go bottle and ENJOY!!!

Try to drink daily or as much as possible.
