  • 2 Cups Almond Milk
  • 4 Cups of ice
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup of Oats
  • 1/2 Cup of Granola

*Less than 133 calories per cup

*Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute

*Yields about 4 cups

Pour into a tall glass or a To-Go bottle and ENJOY!!!
