  • 1 - Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 - Cup of Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 - Cup of Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 - Cup of Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 - Cup of Frozen Raspberries and Blackberries
  • 1 - Big Kale Leaf

*Less than 84 calories per cup

*Blend for 40 seconds to 1 minute

*Yields about 4 cups

Pour into a tall glass or a To-Go bottle and ENJOY!!!
