Chocolate Mint Acai Smoothie Bowl

Hitting two birds with one stone in this smoothie recipe is a  total win-win. By using peppermint as one of the ingredients, your smoothie will not only taste amazing but also healthy. 

Peppermint can be used as an aid to digestion problems or any problems related to stomach health. They also use peppermint to relieve stress and headaches and alleviates muscle pain.


  • 100 g frozen acai 
  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 5 Medjoul dates
  • 1/2 cup water or pure coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate mint leaves only, or to taste*
  • 1 scoops of Elite Protein Chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon raw carob powder
  • Pinch of vanilla powder or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • *If you don’t have chocolate mint you can use a drop of pure peppermint extract instead


    1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

    2. Blend until you reach a creamy smoothness.

    3. Remove from blender and serve immediately. Enjoy!
