 Green Regimen would like to share with you some of the precautions to protect all our employees and customers amid the concerns about the CoronaVirus / COVID-19.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the virus is spread mainly from having close contact with a person that is infected and can be transferred from person to person. The is no proof of illnesses caused by the transfer of the virus from food or food packaging. Green Regimen’s food safety, health, and hygiene practices that protect consumers from any foodborne illnesses are also effective to manage the risk that can be associated with COVID-19.

Based on the latest guide from the CDC, the U.S Department of State, and international public health organizations, we enhancing our security to safeguard workers in the field and throughout the supply chain. This includes:

  • Increasing the number of sanitation stations in all workplaces and hand wash.

  • Increase the frequency of routine cleaning and sanitizing of high-touches surfaces in our office such as tables, time clocks, countertops, etc.
  • Allowing our employees to work from home.

  • Implementing Social Distancing and reducing the size of meetings within the company and customers.

  • Conducting health and hygiene training for all.

  • All our employees must follow our health and hygiene policies, if an individual is showing any symptoms of illness he or she is not allowed on premises.

  • Keeping up to date on the latest FDA and CDC notices.
