  • 2 - Cups of Coconut Milk
  • 1 - Cup of Ice
  • 1 - Banana
  • 1/4 - Cup of Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 - Teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 6 - Dates
  • 2 - Scoops of Whey Protein or Plant Based Protein
  • 1 - Cup of Spinach

*Yields about 7 cups
