  • RULES

    Participants are challenged to eat only plant-based foods from June 1st - 30th. That includes no animal products such as chicken, fish, beef, eggs, milk or cheese.

  • PROCESS

    Participation is FREE. Participants can contact us on IG or via email (Info@GreenRegimen.com) for guidance at any time. We have been prepping our followers, in advance, for the Challenge by releasing videos and giving people direction on how to successfully complete the Challenge. We are also sharing plant based recipes and food options.

  • PRIZES

    Prizes will be given to at Top 3 Contestants that show dedicated engagement during the challenge. These giveaways will include Green Regimen Products and Apparel and a few other company sponsored items.

Contestants can only eat plant based
foods from June 1st to June 30th.

This is an Optimal Health Challenge but
it is also a Mental challenge.
So we are encouraging people to contact us with any questions or if they need any type of motivation.

This challenge is not about becoming Vegan. It's just about giving you the support
and the platform to be able to learn how plant based foods can improve your health and physique...if you are consistent.
